Paperwork is an essential gameplay loop for many jobs, I.e. Head of Personnel, Lawyer, Librarian, Cargo, ect. Although each one has varied reliance on their paperwork, having a standardized designs to go back on is good for connivence when playing rounds where formats can take precious time to make.
